What is Alloggiati Web?

Alloggiati Web is the official online portal of the Italian State Police for registering guest information. If you host guests in Italy, you must send their details through this system within 24 hours of arrival.

Security and privacy for your guest data

• Secure handling of guest data

  Guest and booking data are stored in Trippz using encrypted connections and secure storage. Trippz is SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified, and only the data required for ROSS1000, Alloggiati Web and tourist tax is sent to external systems. You can always see what was sent and when.

• EU hosting and GDPR compliance

  Trippz is based in the Netherlands and runs on EU cloud servers, so stored data stays within the EU. We work according to GDPR requirements, so guest data is handled under European privacy rules.

  No. Alloggiati Web is the official portal of the Italian State Police. Trippz is private software that prepares and sends guest registrations to Alloggiati Web for you. Your legal obligation to register guests stays the same, the work to do it becomes smaller.

• Do I still need my own Alloggiati Web account and credentials?

  Yes. Trippz knows the tourist tax rules for your jurisdiction and uses your bookings and guest data to calculate the tax per stay. If you activate automated collection, Trippz also collects the tourist tax from guests for €4.00 per accommodation per month.

• Is it allowed to use Trippz for Alloggiati Web registrations?

  Yes. Trippz uses your own Alloggiati Web credentials and sends the required data in the structure the portal expects. You remain responsible for meeting the legal requirements, but the manual work of logging in and entering data for each stay is handled by Trippz.
