Trippz for Hosts 2.0 is here: redesign, new integrations, AI Support

This is the biggest update we have ever shipped.

We rebuilt Trippz for Hosts from the ground up. A cleaner, faster app. Three new country integrations. And AI Support on the way.

Here is everything that is new.

A completely redesigned app

We did not tweak the old app. We rebuilt it around the way you actually work.

Cleaner screens. Faster navigation. Everything where you expect it. You will feel the difference the second you log in.

But this is more than a fresh coat of paint. The redesign makes the work itself easier. Here is what that looks like.

Know exactly what keeps you compliant

The biggest question every host has is simple: am I actually compliant?

The new Services view answers it. It shows everything Trippz can do for your properties, switchable per location. And it flags the guest registration and tax-filing services that local law requires for each property. No more guessing whether you have missed something.

See what is active, what you can switch on, and what is still required. All in one place.

All your tourist tax, every country, one screen

Tourist tax across borders used to mean juggling different rules, rates and deadlines in your head.

Not anymore. The redesigned Taxes overview breaks it all down by jurisdiction. See what is calculated, what is collected, and what is still owed. For direct bookings, Trippz can collect the tax for you automatically.

You also get a clear money flow at a glance: collected, pending payout, and paid out to your bank. No spreadsheets.

Three new countries, fully automated

Guest registration and tourist tax reporting just got easier in three more markets.

  • Germany (AVS). You can now automate guest registration across a long list of German cities, straight from Trippz.
  • Slovenia (eTurizem). Guest reporting to eTurizem now runs automatically through your account.
  • Portugal (SIBA). Foreigner registration via SIBA is now handled for you.

That extends automated compliance to even more of the 60+ countries Trippz already covers. If you host across borders, that is one less reporting system to log into by hand.

Plus dozens of smaller improvements

On top of the big changes, we polished countless details across the app. Think of a clearer communication centre, an instant overview of your guest registration status, and automatic translations of your messages to your guests.

Meet the Host Assistant (coming soon)

Soon you will be able to just ask.

The Host Assistant is an AI built right into Trippz. Ask it anything about your properties. "What is the tourist tax deadline for my properties?" It reads your real booking data, gives you a clear answer, and offers to take the next step. It can pull booking details, draft guest messages, and suggest what to do next.

Here is the part that matters. It runs entirely inside the EU, on a server Trippz operates itself. Your guest data is never sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other external AI provider. It stays on our own infrastructure.
